I have request to transfer all my TP as well.Other than from the TP, how do we know the card is being cancelled? From M2U just looks like normal.
P/s: I have requested the CS to transfer my TP upon collecting my 2card, however until today nothing is done. So I ask thr CS, she said if the card still active, they can't adjust the TP.
