DirectAccess principal and supp cards can be cancelled with immediate effect. Don't be bluffed by the CS saying "Please wait for XX days to process".

Citibank cc can also be cancelled through Secure Message in Citibank Online.
I cancelled my Shell Classic, Shell Gold, Giant, normal Gold cc in this way. However, follow up is needed as they'll ask you wait for a few working days. |
