better check ur CCRIS.in my case i applied for UOB card, but the card never reached me even for the replacement.
when i want to apply for loan, noticed that my CCRIS is failed, hence loan was declined.
so went to BNM to check CCRIS and saw that i have outstanding of RM50, while the card has been inactive.
then went to UOB HQ to cancel the card in Nov, but until now still haven't received confirmation letter.
tomorrow will call the HQ again to check on the status
