Which motherboard is that? Try checking it has USB BIOS Flashback function or not. You can try using that function before sending it to RMA.

Hi Stix, is this problem has been resolved? Perhaps doing a clean uninstallation of the graphic driver. And reinstall the latest one. You can actually try getting the driver straight from NVIDIA website for the latest one.
