I have to since my iPhone 4 went swimming a week ago. My backup still stuck in PC, so was thinking to wait for next iPhone release but HELL!

That's probably the only reason. That's why they are so bloody profitable.
Based on what I just saw, no thanks for me. My iPhone4 is working just fine, even without Siri.
A better camera would be nice though.
