the market issue actually is caused by Google themselves, they have some problem on their filtering system, causing us, and some other OEM to face difficulties downloading apps from market... no worries there, just google the apk u want and install it from there, works the same

market enabler can install, but to actually fake the provider, u need to have root access... u can still run the app and try to apply the fake provider simulation, but it will say that it fails...

i don think it's the market enabler, cos previously i cant download flash as well, but dunno why 2 days back shortly after updating to 3.1, i can already... maybe google done something to Flash 10.3 to disable its country filtering first
