I made a request to remove all 5 BT accounts on 3 March 2012
Out of 5 BT accounts (fully paid) only the earliest BT account was removed AUTOMATICALLY.

@boonykun : We prefer not to have Tier-based cash back which what we call "insincere" like Citibank or HSBC. Either you give x% or don't give at all (+ lose customer base)

Normal wait time should be 2-4 weeks.
If you need it urgently, go to CIMB Card Center in Sunway Pyramid for 1 hour approval.

Great but unlikely I guess CIMB didn't make profit from their BT program for the past few years.

Definitely the BEST BT program from CIMB..

I for one will cancel the Direct Access CC once all my BT is fully settled.....
