I am blur now...
1) What is different between myUnifi and Unifi?
2) I registered unifi service for my house, and then i register myunifi. In create profile page, I filled in Service Login with xxx@unifi.my, Customer Name with my Chinese name XXX XXX XXX and my NRIC. Then it prompt out a message:"Your are an existing Portal user. Please login to continue."
3) So i go back to login, but login require "myUnifi ID"...how am I suppose to login then?
myunifi is a portal for unifi customer. you can do thing like change your package, add services, change contact, etc. but your change isn't immediate. dunno what stupid system they use.
your id is your unifi id. if your e-mail is Ildun@unifimy, then your id is Ildun.
your password is printed as "one time password" on a slip that the contractor that install your unifi leave with you. in that slip, also got your id for infoblast, ishield, online guard, email password, hyptv id & password, telephone password and steramyz zone password.
in case you wondering wtf i'm talking about, go read the official unifi thread, so that you'll realise you're not the only one who got cincai contractor.
you can try e-mail them for your password, which i doubt they will reply. then call their CS to ask for your password. you have to pay for that call. they think they are like some open source company who get revenue from technical support. you might need to hold for very long time to be pass from person to person. and maybe you need to call them few time.
after you got you password and manage to login to myunifi, you can see there where you can file a complaint. now just for the fun of it, make a complaint. anything, like you get only 1kbps speed at nigth for 7 days straight, you can see that they have some kind of tracking number with date and time. see how your complaint is treated. obviously, they have a system to monitor if their staff is working, and obviously, their boss who are supposed to monitor them also not doing their job. even with a system where customer can see it, they just don't give a damn.
also, go find out what's your router operator password.
