you can try e-mail them for your password, which i doubt they will reply. then call their CS to ask for your password. you have to pay for that call. they think they are like some open source company who get revenue from technical support. you might need to hold for very long time to be pass from person to person. and maybe you need to call them few time.
Why is it that the caller has to pay for the call to Unifi Helpdesk?Isn't Unifi phone has free calls to TM numbers?
