TS, I am not sure bout you, but I definately cannot eat the same thing every day. (A chicken a day, everyday?) Why not add other protein source like fish, milk, eggs, etc?

hoi gila ke eat ONE chicken everyday? or you mean fist-sized chicken? depends on what time you go to workout, try eat a lot of protein pre and post workout... coz u go gym, when your muscle tear you need lots of protein to help rebuild stronger muscle other than that you might wanna try with oat, cereal, wholegrain bread, apple, banana... drink a lot of plain/mineral water continually throughout the day.. and dont forget that calorie is king! Well I'm sure it depends on the size of the chicken, but, you could have a leg+a wing for breakfast, the other leg+wing for lunch, chicken breast for dinner and whatever's left for pre-bed. Good eatin', man.

Not having heard of something , doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. And tell me, how can one whole chicken be too much ? Most people could easily down half a chicken for lunch
