i don't think setcpu gives really big effect on the battery drain..

Imma try setting to Smartass... though I find smartass gives a slight tiny bit of jerky when it regulates the core based on demand...

i just online mobile network 30 minute..
from 47% drop 17% ... too bad in 20 minutes and on9 GPS

I have powersave on screen off yet there's one time where i forgot to switch off mobile data (HSDPA) and when I woke up I thought i heard wrong.... "beep beep" (low battery tone) 8 hours of screen off still drain quite fast compared to previous 3.2

Mobile Data + HotSpot, that sure will drain your battery...i think its normal

i find setCPU does lagginess for my phone more than conserve battery..
i'm ditching setCPU for good and just use custom ROM + custom radio..

my phone is smooth like water again

with mobile tethering + data on your phone, of course battery drain extremely fast.. even faster than 2 fast 2 furious one.

no matter what ROM, what kernel and what radio, will give same result le.

Thats totally not considered IDLE......... hotspot is 1 badass juice sucka..

Wow, seems like ARHD is no more one of the battery saving ROM, especially the newer version, the older ones are quite good

Well, i just install SetCPU for fun..just use the ON-DEMAND gorvernor..no settings change

I have never touched SetCPU for a long time

THe main reason that it has a slight lag is because of its delay switching from low Mhz to full speed .

word.............. but for sure 3.3 is the worst experience ever on my phone. Not sure how others did it but not working for me..

Do a backup of your current ROM leh...if got problem with other ROMs later, can always flash back the current one

maybe i should ditch setcpu also ,perhaps? since i ve heard some side effect caused by setcpu..

Even RCMixHD that was once considered as juice-sucking ROM (same like the old STOCK ROM), now can do 1 1/2 days with moderate usage liao
