The DHD and the IS is similar enough, the only significant difference is the screen (4.3 inch on DHD, 4 inch on IS) and build (aluminium unibody on DHD, soft touch plastic on IS). Not to mention the difference in amount of ROMs for now, and the fact that the IS is similarly priced to the DHD.

Simply put, both are essentially the same (processor, RAM and all) except for those things I mentioned. The DHD is slightly more expensive, which, understandably, is cause of the extras I mentioned.

P.S Just a side note, the DHD's ROM has Dolby Mobile and SRS systems for both music and movies, while IS has SRS only.

Oh. ok... will now decide between AP DHD or Ori DHD... hopefully the price will fall in the next few months.. but I'm only gonna be here for only 1 year. Leaving to UK, so 2 years warranty is not really necessary right?

Most probably your build is 1.84 base custom ROM, as I am still on 1.72 LeeDroid v2.2.2 Kernel 2.2.8, I will have to sacrifice the sound boost and quality
if I move to 1.84 base, feel gatal want to try Gingerbread ROM CM7, but feel sayang have to wipe LeeDroid

Will wait for a better Gingerbread ROM with Sense

i got one just sitting infront of me.

Anybody facing a slow internet connection on CM7??
I flashed RC2 and the nightlies version, both internet connection is painfully slow. I switched back to Revo and my connection up to speed already.

I'm downloading RC3. try to see whether ok or not.

I also flashed the Recommended Radio for CM7.. no improvement over the connection noted.

However, everything else is super fast..
Anybody knows any solution for me?? I'm on Digi..

with RC2, when I tried to download via torrent the average speed was worst than a dial up.
I can only get 3-5 B/s !

Been with CM7 nightlies, RC1, RC2...no internet connection problem for me..fast,fast like lightning ada la
