i'm using the nvidia beta 270 driver, so far no problems. the only reason i use it cause dragon age 2 requires latest nvidia driver to run dx11 properly. if use default 266 driver, dragon age 2 has problem detecting the gt500 series i heard.

try play windows mode see haha. i so far no probs with any of my games. i just know on my n53sv cannot play dragon age 2 with very high detail...the framerate drop quite abit.

i already use the beta 270 version. do i still need this newly certified version?

dlded and installed the latest nvidia drivers. i guess it should be better than the 'beta' drivers. will know soon when i play some games i guess.

anyway hdd is prolly a personal preference. i myself like to buy and use wd ext hdd. but my n53ssv came with seagate haha.

so far i been using for almost a month. my n53sv no problems. i even on it for more than 24 hours during weekends, for torrenting.

so just be happy of our rare item bro, tho urs is n53sn hehe. but one thing i tried, sc2 on ultra/extreme graphic will have fps drop. i set on high seems to be the sweet spot.

i hope my n53sv can run diablo 3 next year, as well as the upcoming witcher 2.

i had ie9 installed. but after few days i uninstalled it. why?

cause it keeps giving me ie has shutdown because of error loop. everytime turn on ie9 b4 any webpage is opened the program shutdown coz of error, and keeps looping. removed it and use chrome. for me chrome still sexiest!

i have java installed bro. java runtime environment. nvm le, ie is 'decoration' on the desktop lol. support chrome!

its rare item now. sure worth it. but make sure its new and sealed lol.

dun try beta version unless u have to. for example, maybe u wanna play a brand new game, which requires u to update ur driver as suggested from the gaming company.

anyway i just ordered a belkin evo caviar+red backpack from viper88. hopefully can fit my n53sv suffering with the foc slingbag from asus.

sling bag i got free when i buy the laptop bro. so i dunno the price.

the hdd varies actually. some here seagate some here wd. my n53sv is seagate.

as for my ram...cpuid sez my ram is hyundai.

dun press so hard lo haha. if tension from gaming slam the table not the laptop keyboard. and dun bang the mouse too, i see alot player do that.

i personally use an external keyboard when at home, when i heavy gaming mode.
