The VC Market in Malaysia is not very big due to political/economy reason.

There are quite a number of Private Investment Group around the country.
If you can prove yourself and have some network into it, you will be fund for the start up ranging from 1-3 years operating expenses with Target ROI between 30-80% depend on industries and target market.

Depend on your background, you may want to go into VC field using different route if you are not from big name company or school.
