QUOTE(lightning69 @ Apr 21 2011, 05:58 PM) I would go for the iPad 2 simply because its much faster and smoother with the dual core 1 Ghz cpu. The graphics performance also much more powerful(7 times more powerful according to Apple). I do feel my ipad 1 is slow and laggy at times. It also have cameras and you can do video calls with facetime or skype. And record 720P video. Smart cover is so cool to have too especially the on/off features built into it. All this adds up to a very difference experience in the long run. I agree with this.

QUOTE(Nyanyanmeow @ Apr 25 2011, 06:20 PM) people still use last seasons macbook pro, imac and stuff. same goes for iphone. people still use iphone 3gs. they are good hardware and rarely we see Apple products price falls down like other brands. True, I bought MacBook Pro 2010 model a few months ago when the 2011 model was announced... because DO NOT WANT Intel rubbish GPU. Sold my iPad 1 last week for way too cheap for 32GB WiFi + 3G... but the benefit was a very fast sale not too much negotiation and messing around, particularly since I was concerned iPad 2 is coming so asking price of iPad 1 would have to be lower... Plus I didn't want the seller to feel, "Ah, dammit should have just waited for iPad 2". Good deal for them, quick cash for me. iPhone 3GS is still good. My mum is using mine. I may have to use my iPhone 3G as I need to RMA my iPhone 4 sometime in the next few months before warranty expires, due to home button losing sensitivity to clicking.
