Amex is accepted at Hokkaido Ichiba, also part of the same chain Super
Dining, which owns Sushi/Pasta Zanmai, Rakuzen.

this is permissible. lot uncle did that ma. but beware, open banker they will tax u 5% of ur winning. this is the rule of baccarat.
*
5% of RM1500 = RM75.
Lose RM75 in baccarat, better than lose RM81 in roulette.

btw, guaranty way to wash by expecting worst scenario is here (baccarat with commission):
1. Place NN1.5k on both banker and player. open banker (worst scenario as i said) u left NN1500 + Cash Chip 1425
2. Fork out ur own 75 bucks, then place NN1500 on player, Cash Chip 1500 on banker (1425 + 75 from ur pocket)
3. Open banker then u have (1425 cash chip 1500 cash chip = 2925). if open player repeat 3rd step until it open banker.
4. After open banker, deduct the 75 from ur pocket u left cash chip 2850.
5. Go to counter change the cash back and deposit back to amex.
6. Enjoys ur meal and stay.

PS:
*if at first step, the result is player, then total u will have 2925 at the end coz no 5% tax at first game.
The best scenario : Player wins, followed by Player wins, right ?

Some restaurant I've came to, when I pass them AMEX card they inform me that they don't accept it.

Do you guys ask them to proceed and try 1st or just issue another card straight?
*
Need to thick-face a bit...but no harm in asking them to try first...

What if the restaurant already stated only accept Visa and Master (through the sticker)
*
If it uses Maybank EDC / Visa +Mastercard sticker, you can use AMEX usually.
I saw only Visa+Master at Pepper Lunch and I knew it was a Maybank EDC terminal, the cashier accepted it.
