to renew passport using the KIPPAS.. Cash only.
Unless u queue upstairs, then u can use visa/mastercard..Amex unconfirmed.

Different term to mean the same thing... autopay = autodebit (pay to provider = debit to provider)

I noticed lots of places in Bali (Kuta) accepts AMEX...very little Mastercard logo shown.

The Maxis Self-Service Machine rejected my Maybankard2 AMEX even I type in the 4-digit security code. Strange ???

When using the AMEX at Toys R Us (Empire Shopping Gallery), there's one particular Cashier's EDC terminal doesn't accept AMEX.
It gives an error "Retry Batch Trans" when you insert the AMEX.

When used at other EDC, it works... persistence paid off to get my 5% Weekend Rebate.

It's 10,000 TreatsPoints for signing >3 vendors to AutoPay. Not per vendor.
Signing directly don't count.

You need to go to the Payment counter which uses the Maybank EDC terminal

Unfortunately, not all Maxis Payment Kiosk. So far confirm is the Maxis Centre at Taman Segar.

These are called HK Style Kopitiam
Wong Kok Char Chan Teng accepts Visa/Master for receipt >RM50
Kim Gary accepts Cash only (thus I don't frequent) --- Do they accept CC ?

When I used my Maybankard2 AMEX at IKEA, the cashier required the 4-digit CVV code in front...

IKEA uses Alliance EDC terminal
