PHD - Pizza Hut Delivery do they take credit card now ?? 1 month back I called and they say their machine not working

They do accept cc for delivery.
It's just that day machine down

I tried using AMEX for their online ordering, there's no option for AMEX at the checkout page, only visa and mastercard. When I click on 'Proceed to Payment' however (after selecting VISA), there's an AMEX logo on the page where you key in your credit card details. So I tried using AMEX there, got a msg saying 'merchant is not allowed to process this type of payment'.

maxis confirm can, mine auto debit with Maxis, DiGi and Celcom.

Usually my wife call them and I have paid once using Amex, but last two times the delivery boy did not bring the mobile terminal as they don't read the instruction which clearly states that I am paying with CC and ended paying with cash

refuse to pay then, ask them to eat the pizza themselves

Speak of the devil!
When my pizza arrived just now, the boy forgot to bring the mobile terminal. I told him I already stated that I'm paying via amex cc when I made the order. Heck it's even stated on the receipt 'amex required'.
So now I'm waiting for the delivery boy to come back with the terminal. It's been 30mins already, and I've finished my regular pizza.

May i ask how to pay DBKL with Amex? Over the counter or online payment?

You can pay by either registering autopay or over the phone payment. I just checked today.

No M2Amex cardmember would want to sign up autopay because cannot make sure payment is made on weekends.
Over-the-phone payment can be considered.

For paypal, can you pay in RM? Any fee?

I pay over the counter DBKL HQ at Jalan Rajay Laut.

Can pay in RM. I don't know about any fee unless the merchant decided to charge you any.

Can you tell how do you use AMEX to pay to a paypal account? I cant find paypal under the list of payee in M2U. Also, which detail need to be provided, the email address? Thank you.

Autopay?

I have a savings accounts with Maybank and my cc for MBB2 cards has just been approved. If I'm not mistaken, the CS who helped to fill the form ticked the APS option (because she said I have an existing savings account). Does it mean that each month the bill will automatically be deducted from my savings? Also, I won't be able to get the 5% rebates on weekends?

You don't use Amex to pay your Paypal account. When you make a payment to a merchant using Paypal, Paypal will automatically charge the amount to credit cards already linked your Paypal account. So you just need to register your Amex to your Paypal.

The autopay you are quoting is about autopaying utility bills, not your statement. You misquoted and misunderstood.
