I m using top mount sink for 18yrs. Not even a drip of water leak down till now. But it is a good sink.
I am also using top mount for the past 15 years till I sold my house. Never had issue with leaking. Only changed the silicon sealant diy once throughout my stay. No rust either. Somehow those days rm300 sinks is much better quality than nowadays rm800 sink.Probably people here can help you.
