Ceramic or granite sink?

I own Blanco sinks in my current house. Advantages of granite sinks are:
1. Highly durable. Brand such as Blanco is made in Germany and is tough as nail. Mine have no scratches after 10 years of use
2. If you choose non white they are practically stain free. White color may stain a little after many years of usage unless you are super careful
3. They fit both traditional and modern homes
4. Maintenance free.
5. Many color choices to match any deco
Disadvantages
1. Don't drop any expensive glass or crystal on it. The chance of them surviving is practically zero
2. Most are generally more expensive although you can find many that are not made in China
As for stainless steel sinks, they match well with very modern minimalist homes. You can get one from 500 to 5000. Most are made in China especially those sold in Malaysia. You have to pay 3000+ for those Germany or US ones.

What is "front exposed"?
Apron sink?

Most manufacturers will have it. Kohler, Blanco, etc.

I use Blanco Metra 9 in my current house. But this is not apron sink. Malaysia has limited selections of sinks. One option is to buy from SG. For my new house I am likely to get Kraus stainless steel sink but also not available here. Will order from online

Nope. I like my sink undermount. The one I showed you is the undermount standard sink.

Farm house apron sink is more expensive because more exposed materials. See photo below. This one EXCLUDING shipping is already 2500+
