i'm just using this nano sink from taobao https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z09...._u=a2pscjsd65d0 since i'm using undermount, i cant choose those sink with faucet cutout

i'm not sure why you need anti condensation here in malaysia, it's not like we have winter here or you are pouring ice to your sink always

and you dont need 5mm thickness lip, although the thicker the better, but you see those old house stainless steel sink is just 1-2mm and they have been using for so many years without issues, so i dont think there is a need to spend so much, just get a 304 stainless steel with 3mm thickness is sufficient

1.0mm x 3.0mm in thickness means what? The thickness is 1mm or 3mm? Sorry for asking stupid question

means the lip of the sink is 3mm thick, the middle part of the sink (the area where you put your plates) is 1mm

So when you guys said 3mm, you guys meant both the lip and also the middle part of the sink?

Okay I understand you on that. Just I am trying to further understand, when you guys talk about 3mm, is it as per your pic illustrated, 3mm at the red area and the rest of the sink is 1mm or the whole sink is 3mm?

Thank you so much for the pic notworthy.gif

i think ts means the red area (above where the sink connect to the counter top) is thicker with 3mm thickness. the rest of the sink is probably only 1mm thick. because the support is at the top of the sink, so its important there is thicker. Unless some sink already specifically said they are thicker la. This is specific to the sink in the previous post link.

Now I got a clearer picture about the topic. Thank you too notworthy.gif
