Can I know the meaning of these numbers in English or is there any other suggestions for the number arrangement.

Well there was one time i saw a plate that is my initials and my last 4 IC number, so i asked the owner if he would sell me the plate but he told me it will be rm2k at that time seeing me desperate to buy lol!
