Just found that there are separate lists of participating outlets for Senheng & SenQ.

Reload TnG at MyMydin (Visa/Master/Amex), Read carefully, it's Mymydin, not Mydin.
Lowyat.NET -> Finance, Business and Investment House -> Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards and Loyalty Cards|

Managed to reload RM100 at SenHeng Alamanda Putrajaya, by using AMEX
I believe the reload quota/limit thing is true. When the girl passed my TnG card to her superior/manager, i heard that she asked something like "masih ada credit tak?"... |
