Confirm that Seng Heng, Kepong can use AMEX
to topup TnG, i just did but sadly because not on weekend if not can earn 5% rebate on top of 2.5% points.

Which Kepong branch? Metroprima?

I asked the retailer - he told me credit card not accepted for TNG reload.

This is smart. I want to learn that also.

Need to survey the Seng Heng branch.

The hassle comes from the branch management. Sometime, the branch management doesn't want to accept CC or even AMEX for T&G because of the very tiny profit margin.

I failed to reload once at SenQ Queensbay. They said finished. Maybe that time has reached their monthly quota or what.

Apparently there is a daily quota or something of RM1000 or so per day as I heard the staff mumbling about it. I reloaded RM500 and when the next person tried to reload the same amount, it didn't allow them to top up. In the end they topped up only RM200. Not sure whether this is imposed by system or branch management.

And I failed few times at Kelana Jaya Giant Mall as well which was where I used to always go. Apparently now its their turn the "mesin rosak"
I think this mode of TnG reload will go kaput soon.

1/4/2012 (Sunday) is a good day to reload TnG at SenQ using M2Amex, LOL.
If only the reload quota is reset on first day of the month.
Don't miss it !

Could you update the denominations?
Last time, I reload RM50, RM100, and RM200.
When asking for RM300, they say cannot then offer me RM100+RM200 (kena 50sen x2).
So how many types of denomination available?
Got RM400 or RM500?

Perhaps TnG Helpline may help. (+603-2714 8888)
