what type of visa? if non-cashback visa, or cash, then just go reload at tng hub la, free ~

even at tng hub, ocbc still get 1%
hlb essentials also 1%
uob only 0.3%
alliance up to 2% (depends ur card type), while alliance debit 1% / 1.5% / 2% (depends ur card type)
cimb petronas 0.5%
pbb esso/mobil (both credit and debit) 0.5%

...and many more cashback card ~

yes. only visa and master accepted there. no topup fee. u get exactly amount u topup

try shell at ur place? ask if can topup tng using card there

its not biz minded but they dont want to pay for the charges, so we as cust need to pay for it ~

update:

to use visa/master @ tng hub kl sentral, min topup is rm100 ~

just done my reload today 6pm

already mentioned cannot amex at tng hub. go read previous post
