No extra charge. The credit card trxn slip wrote RM50.
Reload TnG at MyMydin (Visa/Master/Amex), Read carefully, it's Mymydin, not Mydin.

QUOTE(beyond86 @ May 1 2011, 09:56 AM) In fact, the supervisor has the authority to return back the TnG credit. He didn't do so but let me through for this final chance. Now I have no more choice but to reload at TAMBAH NILAI lane, or at CIMB ATM if pass by. |

QUOTE(chemistry @ Jun 1 2011, 12:22 AM) This friday night I'm gonna reload at Caltex Elite Highway. Have to use OCBC Ti since it's still a Friday. Dropped by Caltex just now and asked about TnG reload. Was told there'll be 3% surcharge for each reload using cc. They do accept Amex.Since it was still Friday just now, 5% cashback minus 3% surcharge left 2%, not shiok, end up didn't reload. If reload RM100, it'll take years to finish the credit. |

QUOTE(timetravelller @ Jun 14 2011, 12:00 PM) That's 100% true. But the service is only for CIMB account holders with ATM card. A friendly reminder: Get prepared for unexpected breakdown because the machine might suddenly go out of order at the time of touching the TnG card at the panel. During non working hours, no one can help you. |

QUOTE(xjeez @ Jun 17 2011, 02:56 PM) I'm not sure on this but I walked past a e-Pay sign recently and saw the Touch n Go logo there. If you read thoroughly, you'll see "All e-pay reload are strictly CASH TERM".From their website, they do TnG as well. http://www.e-pay.com.my/service-prepaid.html And since Tesco uses e-pay, could it be possible to reload TnG in Tesco using cc? |

QUOTE(eddievh @ Jun 22 2011, 11:12 PM) Exactly. Added on June 22, 2011, 11:50 pm QUOTE(mletee @ Jun 22 2011, 11:21 PM) shah alam or PJ? Well done..more another petrol station that accept cc..will charge Rm0.5 even u load RM200? It is Shah Alam.In PJ, seksyen is abbreviated as "SS", isn't it? I am not sure whether service charge changes according to reload amount. I think the best of all is it accepts Amex. This post has been edited by chemistry: Jun 22 2011, 11:50 PM |

No more treasure hunting for petrol stations that accept Amex for TnG reload !
Now you have greater choice, SenHeng ! Service charge RM0.50 for each reload. So this weekend when you are in shopping mall, just go and try reload your TnG ! Don't forget to use your M2 Amex. |

QUOTE(gerrardling @ Jun 27 2011, 01:53 PM) The 4% (as specified by you) merchant fee is to be imposed on the merchant no matter which Amex is swiped at the terminal. So I think it does not make sense that the merchant decides to discontinue the reload facility using credit card particularly Amex. If SenHeng wants to save that 4%, then why do they provide the service in the first place? |

QUOTE(David83 @ Jul 10 2011, 11:26 PM) Reloaded RM 100 at SenQ Queesnbay Mall. It took 10 to 15 minutes for the lday to setup the T&G reload machine. Paid RM 100 using MBB2 AMEX with 50 cents fee and RM 99.50 nett reloaded. Same thing happened at SenQ Dataran Sunway, but I was unlucky because the machine failed to login despite many attempts.Disappointed. |

QUOTE(David83 @ Jul 10 2011, 11:46 PM) I believed that they don't have enough phone lines to cater for so many terminals. You're aware that how many CC terminals they have at the cashier desk. SenQ really want to sapu semua Not to mention for epay reload terminal somemore and now with the addition of T&G terminal. |
