Last week I went there to reload. That time the Touch&Go terminal failed to login.
If everything's alright, they do accept Amex for TnG reload.

I am not going to update the first post regarding "which outlet can reload TnG successfully".

How long did it take to connect the TnG device?

Reloaded TnG RM100 successfully at SenQ Jusco Seremban 2.
Done within 2 minutes.

I went to BHP Kayu Ara before, they didn't want to take my credit card, strictly CASH ONLY.

On another note, if you swipe OCBC Titanium at TnG counter inside the BHP, it is entitled to 1% cashback only, because the $$ goes to TnG directly, not BHP.

I tried at counter inside.
Petrol refill can use Amex, but TnG cannot.
Just like most Esso/mobil/shell, petrol can swipe, TnG cannot. That's why we go for SenQ now.

Thought SenQ is our saviour, who knows...

If you observe carefully, you will find that HLK purposely open beside/nearby SenQ.
Just like MyMart purposely beside 7-11.

I wrote complaint email screw them kaokao. Within 5 working days the HQ replied and asked me to visit again.

Of course I am serious.
I didn't ask for reason. I just want them to honor their promise as advertised.

You may write a compliment email to recognize their effort.

Bring this matter to the attention of SenQ Top Management.

Some people need to be complained then only can do their job properly.

I was told the reload amount is RM50 / 100 / 200.

if you borrow a car (almost empty tank) from your friend/relative/boss/colleague, and traveled some 10 km or so, will you refill petrol till full tank?

Human Nature must have his reason to ask that question. And first thing come to my mind is the scenario as described above. Of course Human Nature reserves his right to tell the whole story.

It is possible that "quota habis".
I encountered this a few times during the period I went to reload TnG at a BHP station. They have a quota of RM1,000 each month, usually finished within 5days.
