OK here's one for everyone!

Customer Service and Satisfaction
I met up with Jimmy twice before i decide to go ahead and buy/install this projector on my car. Obviously it's not an easy decision cuz it ain't cheap... but considering the fact that the projector light throw with HID is fantastic - i went ahead and make appointment for the work. It's a 4.5 hours work in total from drive in and drive out of the shop but boy was I in for a surprise... the light output was seriously so good that i think i kinda look like a Cayman coming from really far! I'm not exaggerating cuz it's beautiful... was the money worth it? Hell yeah! Do you want to blind the shit out of oncoming cars with your little DIY HID on reflector housing? HELL NO!!

OK enough of verbatim on how satisfied i am.. let's talk quality.

Products
The projectors and HID were imported but they are a well known brand for retrofitters - the quality doesnt really get better than this MiniLite.. Small yet powerful. The lens don't look like dingy 50rm lens.. like i said, think Cayman. THe ballast and the bulb is also amazing because when you buy "other" economical HID sets of 4300k, you'll actually be getting 6000k bulbs because for some unknown reason, they just don't make them in the right color/warmth. These 4300k and 5000k bulbs are genuinely the correct Kelvin used in Philips and other OEM kits.

Work
Jimmy is quite a perfectionist. A lot of attention to detail and he take his own sweet time to align the projectors on the lamp housing to make sure it's correct (rotationally, vertically and horizontally). Sure nobody is perfect so there is a bit of misalignment when i drove it out at night but nothing a simple screw driver won't fix. I adjusted it myself and voila - perfect. I saw a little moist in my headlamp post rain yesterday and he offered to remove and re-seal the headlamp at no cost.

Thanks Jimmy for the wonderful work. I know LYN folks are lucky to have you around.. and drivers on the road are grateful for preventing glaring HID Reflectors blinding the crap out of them. Cheers buddy thumbup.gif

Btw i know i owe you some photos but i've been busy and will be traveling for work.. will get it posted here as soon as i can.

sorry for the late feedback. im a bit bz ths week. this minilite projector has good useful width, along with sharpness, has good color, and good foreground intensity. really help when driving at nite, im enjoy it of course! biggrin.gif

here some shots i took (using samsung camera phone) for appearance and beam output

Attached Image
original-looks-like without ccfl attach. me like it! brows.gif

Attached Image
beam output at abt 50ft distance frm the wall. the wall is not wide enough to cover the output beam.

Attached Image
hi-beam plays well its part rclxms.gif

Attached Image
the cut-off still form well at 100ft. the blue color band remain thin and doesn't get blur at distant

Attached Image
as u can see, the straight cutt-off makes the projector headlamp (with HID) better than with non-projector headlamp. with proper alignment, it will shining the road without glaring the opposite car.

thanx to bro trxx7989 for retrofitting my swift! this seller is very friendly and take this job with a good care! thumbup.gif
