1) use large bank borrowing to aggressively develop and capture good profit in year 2011/2012/13 to show very good growth,( actually giving tail end effects )

It all the same ... we buys if we think that there will be a buyer that want to pay extra...
Most ppl don't say that " I will only sell above 5.00. because the value is 5.00 "
Most ppl like me I will sell at any value above 2.90 because I pay 2.90 and i don't know the real value.
That is just my view.
