according to some sifus/sijies, usually(i wouldn't say 100%) it will pass.

haiya...guarantee sure PASSED wan la..which shareholders duwan that 10 cents Dividend?....taking money ler...who duwan?

if really need to give a reason, they could have the dividend to reinvest for better future yield, so some might not agree to give out such a high dividend?
but only god knows, all we can do is wait for the result

reinvest means all long term shareholder will become short term...me the first one to dump the share if the 10 cents dividend is not approved. Sure approved ler..

why it did not bother to rise for the 10sen dividend? due to the overall market mood is not good?

slowly picking up now.

If look carefully the profit r from revaluation of assets amounted to 9 cents only 3 cents form ordinary business..... bad report card lah.

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 24): CIMB Equities Research said it was retaining its Trading Buy call for UOA Developments Bhd and target basis at RM1.84, which was a 30% discount to its RM2.62 RNAV.

“We are tweaking EPS while hiking up DPS due to the generous payout. Net dividend yield of 7-8% is the highest while P/E is the lowest in our property coverage,” it said on Friday.

CIMB Research said although full-year core net profit missed its forecast by 13%, however, 2011 can still be considered one of UOA Development’s best ever as it achieved record core earnings and new sales.

“The 2011’s RM848 million new sales figure is the group’s highest ever and 2012 should be even better,” it said.

The research house said it was tweaking EPS while hiking up DPS due to the generous payout.

“Net dividend yield of 7%-8% is the highest while P/E is the lowest in our property coverage,” it said.

2nd quarter of 2012.

AGM is on 29-May. Something happened during AGM. Many hareholders were no happy with board director. Anyone here can share? 10cent dividen approved?

Dividend surely approved la..no issue wan..the main issue is the current market price is too far away from IPO price

So what you heard in the AGM? got people throw eggs and shoes?
