add more...quarterly results should be out anytime this month...they still have huge unbilled sales....they deserve to be trade at higher PE or premium PE with their established brand name...dun think it will be below RM2.00 for long...just add more...before it gone back to RM2.00 and above

well..US have their problem..can't denied....u try go UOA website..check out their project launches..call and ask whether still got unit available...answer is most of the time sold out...hardly get any unit available in their project....and developer have progressive payment for under construction property...so unbilled sales will slowly realised...nothing to worry about on this counter...solid management team

Fortunately nope...still supporting at that level...as long as IPO holder not cutting losses...then it still can hold...for those IPO holder..if you guys want back your money....better hold...no point selling to those bargain hunter...

keep your existing stocks....do not sell...reduced as much seller as possible.

yeehaa.....dun sicks...i hit it man..i bought a few lots yesterday at RM1.73.....today should be able to have another testing rebound...first test RM1.8, second RM1.9 third...RM2.00 then stabilized there...just my target price...and 2 cents

no planning yet...i am in for longer term...dun forget they have dividend policy as well...

No matter how much they bought, there are still so many sellers outside...cannot finish selling....really damn lousy counter....called the UOA Careline..they dun even have an Investor Relation department for people to ask about their company outlook and how it will impact the share price..and why is the share price worth like a Disposable After Used Toilet Paper...It will take a long long time to even climb up to RM2.00...where most of the people are caught since IPO....

hopefully...but still got plenty of seller to clear...big sharks not buying..definitely won't go up...

Openning Target Price for Friday: RM0.90?...can queue at RM0.80...

of course no body hope it will drop..but many desperate cut loss kaki out there..they will sell cheap...

Real bullshit...today down somemore....i wonder where are those strong supporters earlier....all silence

never reward a LOSER shares by buying more to average down....UOADEV consider a loser shares with current price...that's why rarely people is averaging down for this counter.

Don't get excited first....cause we dunno yet who is buying..cannot be Retail Investor cause the volume is exceptionally huge..if Holding Company is buying then it might be a One Day Hero thingy....but if EPF and other institutional funds are buying..then is a Real Good News....so far based on Bursa changes in shareholdings record...nothing is reported yet as at today...

Abit difficult...alot of sellers....tomorrow need few more big sharks to swallow all the sellers first....plus contra kaki....
