maggi mee curry still the best. But usually will get rid of the so called wax by boiling before completing the task ...

try substitute egg with cheese

or if dont care about eating healthy, batter the egg with some spring onion and put in before u put the mee. finishing touch put cheese

1. boil water.
2.once boiling put in noodle
3.put in egg dont put on top put beside (so yoke wont pecah)
3.if u like pecah egg then put in and stir the egg.
4.still slowly after 2-3 mins
5.Standby bowl put perencah in.(in bowl 1st)
6.pour some of the water out into bowl (leave noodle in pot)
7.Stir water + perencah.
8.add remaining noodles in don't put too much water.

Ready to eat.If you put perecah in while boiling noodles the taste lari.
water canot be too much so don't chuck everything in 1 shot.

Gogo eat maggi tonite biggrin.gif

3. Boil water again, add perencah+some tomyam paste
4. Add in the noodles + egg
5. Wait till it become maggie kering.

mamee punya mee taste better imo, maggie will be muddy if putted for a while
tom yam and ciken flavah is my beloved

i is boil maggie with 2 eggs with a bit water, then when cooked put some baked beans in, if got 'lunch meat' putted in oso
dayum!

tried before, cant taste the cheese. i put one slice only.


i sometimes goreng the maggi. not maggi goreng, buat murtabak maggi.
celur the mee in hot water for about 2 minutes,
add 2 telur, seasoning, italian spice, and wutever herbs or spices that i want to put.
goreng like u do omelette.

if rajin, saute bawang first. then goreng minced beef chicken, or kentang. add them with telur etc.
then goreng the murtabak maggi

Boil water,
put in the noodles,
wait till the noodles goes soft,
Pour away the water,
Open Campbell's Mushroom + potato cream soup,
Pour in the soup,
Cook the soup with the noodles,
Add some oregano,
Eat. smile.gif

Note: this works with spaghetti and macaroni also. smile.gif

Basic noodle process

me:
-boil some woter
-pour in 1/2 perencah into the water
-pour the rest powder onto plate with oyster sauce, chili+tomato sauce and oil
-when water boil, throw in noodle (usually 2 packs)
-bring it to boil and then put on small flame
-use chopstick to make a concave shape on the noodle
-crack an egg onto the noodle (since cooked egg stuck to the pan is hard to brushed off)
-close lid and wait till it boils up again
-once almost overspilled, shut the flame off
-wait for ~2-5 mins
-pour out the water while holding back the noodle with the cover
-pour all noodle+egg onto the plate
-??????
-Stomach profit!!!

special sauce use to replace the chili/tomato sauce
-mustard - have a great taste initially, but can get "mual" in the end
-mayo - give a smooth texture to the noodle

I prefer my Maggi plain...

Simple to cook. Pour mee and flavour on microwave proof bowl and fill enough water to cover the mee. Dump entire content in microwave oven and set to 2 min 30 sec on HIGH.

later put in hot water again..put its curry..
5 min in microwave with an egg..

later put chili sauce..make it a bit sweet & sour...

put crab meat , prawn, sotong or lobster
wait 3 min then put maggi take after 2 min

You sure will enjoy the food . Use kari , laksa or tom yam only

For the soup, I add in abalone + sharkfin + egg + cornstarch = COMBO (Maggi Seafood Wan Tan Ho).. Served with glass of cold bird nests + rock sugar..

my style
squeeze the maggi pack untill all noodle inside become tiny pieces..then open it put it a bowl with small mount of water (for dry result) & then cook like normal..sometimes i put egg also..

cook the noodle like how u all cook.

then, use the boiled water(make sure gas is off), add perempah and crack an egg into it(I would remove the egg white 1st)

let the egg yolk cook for awhile

add the cooked noodle and mix the egg yolk with the noodle.
