I think you should consider Noctua NH-D14. That's the king of the hill for air cooling. thumbup.gif
clawhammer sell this product cheaper than the others in this forum. Maybe you also might to consider Thermalright silver arrow. Performance is quite the same as Noctua. One more thing, I'm currently using H70. I've twisted the tubes back and forth, just to do some personnel experiment, nothing happened. So, it is safe to use H70. nod.gif

Im not sure about open the whole thing. Maybe you only need to clean the fans only. How to clean the rad maybe should ask otai2 here. laugh.gif
