what is the best cpu AIR cooler available in market ? still scouting for the cooler
this cooler is for my future rig,i want to oc the proc to 4.0~4.5Ghz.What air cooler will keep it cool and quite ?


Processor: Intel Core i7 2600K 3.4GHz 8MB

Casing: NZXT Phantom White(with side fan of 230mm installed)

Budget for the cooler is rm300~rm400

i watch review say noctua is good but that cooler kinda old ? hopefully it can handle present proc

Time for water cool bro.. it wont leak coz its factory sealed and come over.. Custom WC also sometimes will leak if the barbs not tighten hard.. Other than that, nth to worry about.

supposedly Corsair will replace any hardware damaged by leaks?

I think you should consider Noctua NH-D14. That's the king of the hill for air cooling.
clawhammer sell this product cheaper than the others in this forum. Maybe you also might to consider Thermalright silver arrow. Performance is quite the same as Noctua. One more thing, I'm currently using H70. I've twisted the tubes back and forth, just to do some personnel experiment, nothing happened. So, it is safe to use H70.

Im not sure about open the whole thing. Maybe you only need to clean the fans only. How to clean the rad maybe should ask otai2 here.

me just take it out and spray with water for h50 last time~~
