okay, first of all, I just send links, sizes and colours to them and they'll do the ordering. In order to do so, I have to bank in a stated amount (rounded figure). And when one OOS, they'll refund. Thats what he told me, then he said wrong order (not mine, is another client's) after 2 months. Then I ask why ASOS said delivered? He said he got it but returned it. I got in touch with ASOS and they said they never got returns for my stuff. Sigh. I dunno la.
Consulted, he said for now still helpless in international online tradings. Even local tradings can press charges but penalty cannot do much damage to culprit.

Wrong. Their money is at the supplier's side, so if you're refunding them w/o getting any money from supplier, its YOUR money.
