hi just want to ask what is the best yet lightest FREE AV n im using low spec netbook (the 1 that i get from streamyx unicool pack) p/s; can give suggestion for media player too? right now im using km player, but too many bug/error (sorry for asking this question in this section i don't want to create to many topic) THANK YOU

Microsoft Security Essential is gud. For media player use MPC-HC with CCCP or K-Lite Codec

I use Norton in my Asus convertible netbook. It does not slow down my netbook compared to other AVs.

My netbook always lag when playing .mkv movie. Even for the 500 MB ones.

for AV I used to recommend avira lol. But it seems to be too "strong" in removing virus until it mess up ur pc baldly.
As for player go for k lite, vlc is annoying everytime when u play a new media it show "building font"
