seek doctor is ur solution.... usually baby not poop for about a week will c doctor already.... or either not enough water drink...

check with doc for 3 times and different doc.
they said if on breastfeeding, it is ok wor....damn...pening pening

The doctor is right. I was in the same sort of position..but it only was about 7 days. If the baby is still behaving well..no uncomfortable antics..it should be ok.

2 weeks? that's quite a long time... and any sane parent would be concerned when something like this happens. My youngest (9 months old now) had the same situation when he was slightly younger than yours, exclusively breast-feeding also. After a week (and after visits to the doctor also saying it was normal), I sought advice from my parenting forum since of course, what the doctor says and what you as a parent feel about your baby do not always go hand in hand. So I tried the solutions offered, which ranged from just giving him a bit of fruit juice (did not work) to this---> take a q-tip, dab the tip with some vaseline and then insert the q-tip (just the tip) into your baby's rear-end and gently use the q-tip to massage the entrance of the anus, twirl it round, which is intended to make the baby reflexively move his rectal muscles (okay the terms here may not be correct from memory, but serves as a guide) and should result in him pooping. Keep doing it, mileage varies from baby to baby... and guess what, it works every time. And boy does it work... be prepared for a deluge of poop once it happens... not pretty at all Mine took from a couple of minutes to around 5 minutes The wife only had to use it three times over the next two weeks i guess, and the baby seems none the wiser, and both parents can breathe easy.

100 % absorption. Enough breastmilk? The body reabsorb everything if not enuff water/nutrient.

Did you give your baby enough meal? If you didnt feed your baby then they wont be able to digest nutrient and also no shit will rpoduce

baby din poop for 4 days already need to take alert... try to give him/her drink barley without sugar...

for chinese baby how many month also can drink cause the barley is like herbs can helps baby poops.. =) i gv my baby drink from 2month till now he 1yrs like normal water he drink...

Btw TS do you give plain water to baby? More water = less milk = less poopable things.

Next time must try to produce Milk Powder enhace with barley. All DHA for enfalac, mamil etc all cure kalah one.. Thanks for the idea bro

My baby highest record was a week when she was on ebm. That also I was worried sick. I can understand ur situation. Most of the doctors I consult also said it's fine.

Did u have a habit of making her poop everyday? What I do is take off her diapers, lift her leg and do the 'mmmmm-mmmmmmmm' sound. Been doing that since newborn. Now if she have poo, she will follow us and make the sound.

Alternatively, try lactolos. U can get it from GP. Its not dependable unlike enema.

P/s: never ever give solids(barley, fruit juice etc) to ur baby without doctors consultation. Every baby is different.

No worry dear, this is normal and usually happened to full breastfeeding bb who are going to reach 3 mths old and above.

I was breastfeeding my 2 daughters for duration 8 mths and 18 mths respectively. Both of them also have encountered this problem. But after this period, they will start poop a lot and yellowish.

You may feed ur bb some barli water, pls remember is 生熟薏米。Not the one we normally drink. Because normally we drink one is 生薏米only and it very cool for bb body. BB can't accept cool so must mix with 熟薏米。

Could it be the meals that you have been consuming? It's kind of related to the breast milk. It's not entirely the baby's problem if your daughter/son has not passing motion for 2 weeks...

Try to recall what you have been eating these few days...
