Of course, you keep on holding on the brakes, your tyres will lock and you can't control the car, it will still go forward due to the momentum If you let go and repump your brakes, your tyres won't be locked anymore and you can get your control back. For ABS cars, they prevent you from locking the tyres so that you have enough time to swerve the car to avoid an accident. What if you have no choice but to remain in that lane with no where to swerve? A car with ABS won't be able to stop you from hitting the car in front too if it is too late This post has been edited by shinjite: Apr 18 2011, 10:05 AM

QUOTE(cute_boboi @ Apr 18 2011, 05:30 PM) How often do we need to service radiator ? e.g. once/twice a year ? The water inside, is not rusty. Still greenish and transparent-water (open radiator cap to look) My foreman says wira yr2000 (white VDO) is common problem with temperature gauge I'm sceptical, to find the true reason and fix/repair it. I do it once annually

QUOTE(afosz @ Apr 24 2011, 11:19 AM) Can use original mounting meh ? No wonder JPJ can endorse. But then again, in JPJ website, Proton -> Mitsubishi engine transplant is legal. Not sure to Honda is legal or not. Sos given very little detail. Probably the inside details are not mentioned High chances they are using custom brackets then use back the original Proton mounting points

QUOTE(mphpopular @ May 7 2011, 10:40 PM) Wanna ask, what is the major difference from Wira year 2002 (RM 15k) and Wira year 2005 (RM20k)? I meant from the perspective of engine (refer below 2 pic) same engine, left side just got engine cover installed

QUOTE(xxboxx @ May 18 2011, 02:23 PM) Damn.. I didn't realise I didnt lock the bonnet properly when I close it. Drive a bit then reach 100kmh and the bonnet go up by itself! Now my bonnet kemek on both side that holds it. All the foreman and mudguard till spraying guy ask how come bonnet didn't hit front windscreen. Turn out the bonnet damper / absorber that I got installed helped to retain the bonnet from smashing my windscreen. So yeah, the RM60 that I spend few years ago helped me save RM500 this time .. OH my....lucky wei...

QUOTE(xxboxx @ May 23 2011, 03:36 PM) few thing that i know can cause underpower : 1. distributor not align optimally 2. if manual, worn out clutch plate and/or clutch disc 3. loss compression (valve seal leakage / piston ring worn out / gasket leakage) 4. exhaust setup too big for 1.3 (losing the back pressure) 5. worn out bearing at timing belt, gearbox, etc Wira 1.3 will feel more underpower compare to Satria 1.3 due to Satria lighter weight. Not only that, if Wira 1.3 aeroback, habis, the heaviest of all
