Just had a visit to felicia show unit yesterday. What do you guys think.. Is it reasonable to pay 250k for leasehold property.. The tenure is 88 years only.. If it's freehold I'll book straight away.. Anymore house that i can get for this price range around this area.. Appreciate for your feedback guys..
