Anyone wanna build a duplex in room 2? height 17ft....

build a 2nd floor in room 2...still sourcing for quotation. Planning to use security door (frt + back). No plan extend backyard as it cost a fortune!

Buat 2 tingkat donk...dlm bilik 2....atas tido, bawah tv goyang kaki...

I plan hack room 4 extended become kitchen, will install sliding glass door between dining area & kitchen. Can block oil & smell lor. Duplex me still waiting for quotation lor....design i follow Taiwan style. M thinking since the ceiling so high, no do duplex wasted lor.

just get my defet done this monday, its take appox 2 weeks. So far acceptable la....

strongly suggest to compare few quotation before start renovation. For me TFR price quite costly. My parents house reno 2 yrs ago, i understand material all up up but as i compare back the quotation he gave...i just can said WOW....i'm getting my previous contractor to quote the same thing, lets see what's the diff....

i wonder owner of previous phase Alpina / Basella got applied permit for back yard extension?? hm....
I got quote to build a duplex in room 2 RM6k....with wood staircase. I'm sure gonna go for it....hehe

My renovation will start next week!
1. Extend backyard with safety door
2. Extend bathroom no. 2
3. Build a 6ft wall for altar
4. Rebuild frt main entrance with bricks & safety door
5. Build duplex in room 2, 6ft W x 8ft H
6. Grille
7. Re-wiring & plumbing works

ETA 3-4 weeks complete.

Reno start.....my contractor try to put up their banner by kena warn by "major contractor"....u know who....guess rumors correct, they rili "tai goh" in that area. Guess m the only house there not using sand bricks.

my master room toilet piping also leak....can see water out from wall tiles...i fed-up with IOI straight ask my contractor repair it....cant afford any delay....

I installed a 0.5hp water pressure pump beside tangki...so far so good.
