do the spice support amon ra recovery?

sd card with fat32, ext3 and swap linux are safe to mount at windows using the spice or not?? im asking this because, when i mount the sd card using spice, copy files and unmount. some of the application force close after that.. seem like the data crash.. my setting for the CONFIG is all enable.. meaning dalvik, cache, data, and swap all to sd card. I face the force close always before.. too many until i reformat and reflash my sd card.. now ok. without mounting the sd card to pc.

i enable the dalvik cache to sd. somehow make many application to force close.. why??

Do the Darktremor support Spice??

i found that the dalvik2sd make my application crash on the rev2...

so i want to try this one if compatible..

does someone face the market can't download certain applicaition with error :
not found the requested item could not be found

no need to worry.. use the titanium backup.. backup all ur application and data. after that can restore it.

connect the usb.
open nitification
there got turn on data transfer. click it.. and activate..
wait it mounted to windows.

** format ur card using card reader.. it will be easy.. if u want use only fat32
** format using rom manager recovery which easy for creating fat32, ext2/3, swap.

root only for the user who prefer the stock rom and want to have full control over the phone..

if want to flash to other rom, no need to root because u using the download method which will void the warranty and install new rom in phone.

** actually, people root the stock rom to allow the user backup the stock rom 1st before flashing other rom. for safety reason..

root = hacked (unlimited control)
not root = not hacked

bro, the notification settings only available on 2.1. If u really want. revert back to 2.1. This phantom king only show the notifications but not settings.

for changing language, go to :

settings > language & keyboard > select language

** choose language available that u want.

phantom king only support 2 language for now.. No chinese input support.. If u really need the chinese input,
u need other keyboard.. suggested by "ck_boon" that is "Touchpal". Google it or search at market..
This keyboard come with 2.1 also. If someone can extract it and upload here..

already try restart the device? Sometime, i cant install application. the installation bar stuck there. I restart and then repeat the process again. It works.

bro, did u apply the config "data2sd"? if yes, just disable it. then

1. clear ur ext3 partition using the root explorer.
2. restore factory settings.

after that reinstall all ur application...

flashing not really that hard.. it easy..

just follow this.

1. rooting process (for having the superuser in ur phone)
a. install z4root.apk
b. run the z4root
c. make sure u has wifi connection.
d. select the permenant root

if the rooting failed, start again from c.

After rooting done, u should have the "SuperUser" at menu.

2. install the ROM Manager (for install custom recovery)
a. download and install the rom manager. (free version should be enough)
b. make sure wifi on and can surf internet.
c. run rom manager.
d. select the "flash clockworkmod recovery"
e. select the "commtiva z71 (boston, blaze, and more)
f. there should bar indicate the download process at the top. wait download to be complete. around 3mb+
g. after finish. it will popup that flash already complete.. u can try by "reboot into recovery". if green recovery exists, mean this process complete. go to next step.

if the process failed, start again from b.

3. backup the stock rom using rom manager
a. run rom manager
b. select "backup current rom"
c. give it a name as u like
d. press ok
e. wait the phone reboot and it will automatic backup all the stock rom.

4. install the Phantom King rev2d ( after u backup stock rom)
a. download the PK nb0.
b. make sure u install the SUTLR
c. connect ur phone via USB but, DONT MOUNT THE SD CARD
d. run the SUTLR and browse to the PK nb0
e. Press next because there will state ur device connected
f. Press next again and it will start flashing.. DO NOT DISCONNECT UR PHONE!!

5. finish - after flashing, there will be android logo. change language and customize as u like....
