Well, what you are doing now is actually manually updating, because auto on will pop up notification for the FOTA update ...did you try reboot your phone, some say i might help (well, not 100% though )..i guess you just need to keep on trying

Click on the link for the radio thread on FP ..there got list of radios and the download links ..anyway, the 1.84 based recommended for LD & ARHD runs well with CM7 also..

that's weird. I got it the 1st time i did manual check for update.

But i didnt update.. Still contemplating custom ROM or FOTA update..

but how come still no root and s-off method for new software 1.84xxxx...

yea, now i try to reboot my phone and keep trying

the dev team still sleeping i guess..need to wait a bit more then ..sure the rooting & s-off will be out soon

yeah it's same as my siggy. so i guess i'll just leave it as it is then.

Then no need to change, unless you see some fast drainage with the current radio, no need to flash to a newer one

How fast?? Mobile Data is a juice-sucker, not matter what radio you are on, still the same i guess...

better ask him to post screenshots.

with mobile data, it's actually normal if battery drain quite fast.. try disable mobile data and use wi-fi only..

incase at your place didn't have wi-fi access, so what can you do.. just using mobile data..
