Full wipe doesnt take very long time to complete, thus it is recommended to full wipe to flash a new rom . Just install from zip like u install the ROM
Full wipe only delete the system and cache and etc, it wont delete ur radio-off,s-off and root

you need to download HTC Sync or Android SDK in you PC.. recommenced are HTC Sync and it's mandatory..

Thanks I got HTC Sync and then it worked.
Now I followed the steps but at bootloader dont have ACE PVT SHIP S-OFF.
Only got ACE PVT ENG S-OFF and in system info my CID is already 11111111

I still cant receive any latest update for DHD. I already bought my phone for 1 month.Here is my Software Information :

What do you meant by latest?? Which one, if 2.3.4 B4 R2 then should be no problem flashing with CWM3, and i flashed 2.2.2 with CWM3 before and no problem at all ...as for the kernel, i would suggest you use the kernel utility update

what ROM you are using right now..? if LeeDroid ROM, they will recommend you to flash using CWM 2.5.1.3 ..

You are done with ENG S-Off, Radio S-Off & SuperCID..now you can flash custom ROM already


Well, got some owners here also didn't received the update even when they are manually updating it..i guess you just need to try and try again...
