thanks for the info.. i did some googling and found out that most toyota uses MultiplexOBD and not the standard OBDII protocol..
have to use special tool for toyota.. found one by DTDAuto in vietnam but the price tag is out of my budget..
if you could find one that is below rm200 please pm me.. I guess many toyota users (especially the ones that cant use OBDII) would want to have it.. smile.gif

Actually it works on most Toyota models, just an exception for SUV and MPV vehicles. I have pmed you for another alternative tool for Toyota.. smile.gif

hi bro, what about mitsubishi rvr 4g63t turbo year 1991-1997 model? i've check mine got obd2 16pin socket.. compatible?
