Why take DV6-4000 series ? Faulty chipset ?

I'm planning to take the i7 one
but I'm still in a dilemma right now.
gonna call up the place tmrw to ask.

the dv6-4003tx doesn't exist anymore, it's an old model with the faulty SB processor and is replaced by 6001tx

not familiar with HP.

so conclusion Dv6-6001tx come with 2 USB3 and 2 Usb 2 isn ?? erm..
compare with N53SN, price same, spec higher, speaker better? lighter?
only issue the warranty.. extend to 3 years add another 350.. end up the final price will be 3500.. ><

3 years local or international ?
if its international, I'll probably go for HP then.

not very sure.. see their warranty package quite confusing.. extend 3 years .. so total 4 years or ?? becoz got option to choose extend 1 year , 2 years and 3 years, then got another one 3 years with 3 days response.. the RM350 is 3 years with 3 days response.. @@

N53SN, Dell XPS 15, Hp Dv6.. both 15' 3.2k+.. >< for Hp after extend should be around 3.5k
