I called Hong Leong Bank customer service this afternoon to enquire about the Visa Signature from their bank. According to the operator, the Visa Signature still provide unlimited access to Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA, LCCT.

Currently I'm holding a HLB Gold card, is it possible that I request to upgrade my card to Visa Signature? Mainly because I travel more due to my new work, so the benefits of a Visa Signature seems fits me better. Or such upgrade is only by invitation from the bank?

Is Visa Signature card higher rank than a gold card / platinum card? So far I only know that Platinum is the highest. (Pls forgive me if my info is outdated, it would be nice if someone expert can enlighten me here.)

as mentioned by fly126 HLB Matta card allow FREE entries to KLIA PPL; but, with first come basis for 50 people including Supp cards, I guess it is useless by mid of the month. So I would recommend you forget about this HLB Matta card. Actually this card is not even worth mentioning unless you go to MATTA fair.

But I got good news for you, the AMEX KrisFlyer card is an Entry Level Gold card that grants you unlimited access to PPL including LCCT  See Post#1.

As for Platinum, bearbear mentioned Alliance Platinum credit card. This card is good for KLIA PPL only and best of all the annual fee is auto waived with 12 swipes.

Other options are RHB Platinum which offer 4 combined entries or American Express Platinum which offer unlimited entries to PPL nationwide. But these 2 cards you need to spend substantial sum in order for them to consider annual fee waiver.

captain i wanna ask you,  like this alliance bank premium debit card.. which has no name on it.. so if to enter lounge.. what should i do?? just flash the card will do? will they swipe or what since i forgotten the pin number.. haha

alliance platinum debit card no longer can enter whereby premium still can but with quota if not mistaken 90 for klia 70 lcct.

I was told that the new PPL in KLIA2 got beds to rest BUT those of us entering for FREE won't be entitled to use it for FREE.

Anyway, I would think that the same credit cards (e.g. AMEX Plat and RHB Plat/VS) allowing us FREE entries to LCCT currently would apply except for Alliance Premier Debit Card.

Any card now is entitled free entrance with KLIA2? I am asking because I am holding citibank premier miles amex...
