Next to DBS Treasures lounge... I had a very nice breakfast (free! ) there, I had the entire lounge to myself, other customers other than me, only 1 more couple there. Lunch includes all you can Japanese food & sushi.. din't have time to try, but the menu looks interesting.

But the place have go up escalator from the duty free area.. a bit hard to find, end up I ask a flight attendant.
