after google citibank website. I notice benefit for accessing the louges as below:

Plaza Premium Lounges
Unlimited complimentary visits in KLIA, LCCT, Senai and Langkawi per calendar year with your Citibank PremierMiles Card.

But from Post #1 mention - Citibank Premier Miles - Access to KLIA or LCCT Plaza Premium Lounge KLIA 12 times (combined) a year.

My understanding is now(based on citi website) access to KLIA, LCCT, Senai and Langkawi now is not limit to 12 times. Am i correct? Any card members can advice

Just got email reply from Citibank regarding the Platinum Card benefit. See their feedback below.

Citibank Platinum cardholders (principal and supplementary) can only
enjoy free 2 hours access to Plaza Premium Lounge in KLIA. Complimentary
lounge access irrespective of airlines or travel class simply by
presenting their Citibank Platinum Card and a valid boarding pass
whenever they travel through the international terminals at:

- Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL)- KLIA & LCCT
- Sultan Ismail International Airport (Senai)
- Langkawi International Airport

The complimentary access entitles free admission to the lounge for up to
2 hours.

Get my CiTi Premier Miles today afternoon. Apply via email yesterday afternoon. Very fast!! Faster than OCBC

i know kiosk will be the fastest... but via internet i think this round is the fastest compare with my previous application in other banks

Are they card member of those 3 banks?

Lounges does allow your family members although they are not card holder???
They did not ask anything? or try to stop?

CIMB Prime Plan need to call CS to do the booking. Only KLIA only. Not LCCT

What is know is they called New Aeon Gold Card. Any the previlage also consider new offer. Only 6x per year.

Was in LCCT Lounge this morning while waiting to board to Phuket. Staff told me Citibank is one of the biggest customer for LCCT lounge itself.

Average 2,000-3,000 CiTibank card memebers visit the lounge.

Oh... If this post come out earlier i can check it out. Just flew out from there.
