Just call CS and ask for waiver. You can still cancel if not approved.

QUOTE(muscaa @ Dec 5 2012, 07:45 AM) I just applied UOB Visa Infinite yesterday. They are now giving 6x complimentary entry to airport lounges a year (Priority pass), but it's still better than my citibank PM which is 2x only. (Dear admin please update this info) Could it be that the UOB Privilege Banking Visa Infinite grants unlimited entries to PP lounges, whereas the Non Privilege Banking Visa Infinite grants 6 times entries? Even the design of the two cards are totally different. |

QUOTE(muscaa @ Dec 5 2012, 09:55 AM) yeah, maybe our moderator can change the 1st page info to UOB P Banking Visa Infinite as there is a new UOB VI card coming out since June Yes, but I think the UOB Privilege Banking VI is also new and launched at or around the same time as the non-PB VI.http://www.mmail.com.my/story/uob-rewards-affluent-clients |

QUOTE(tiramisu83 @ Dec 7 2012, 10:18 AM) only principle can go in?Depends on what cards you have. Amex Supplementary Platinum Charge Card members and Supplementary Platinum Credit Card members get complimentary access too. if i bring someone with me can? Again depends on what cards you have. Most cards only grant the cardholders complimentary access and guests will be charged. Unless you are visiting a Malaysian lounge and you present other cards with lounge access too. Citibank Priority Pass allows guest though but the guest's visit takes up the yearly quota. This post has been edited by Explorer II: Dec 7 2012, 11:09 AM |

You should have no problem with that. I've done that many times in Malaysia. Singapore lounges do not allow that though. |

QUOTE(Alec.Yong @ Dec 10 2012, 09:39 AM) Honestly, my annual income do not fullfiled the requirement of the said card, I got that card before BNM implemented the rules. Recently I applied for the MBB VI and was just approved. Currently awaiting the arrival of the card. My annual income does not fulfill the RM240k requirement too. |

QUOTE(Gen-X @ Dec 11 2012, 10:26 PM) MBB VI is really great for Enrich Miles, pspfan will agree to this. Late last month I converted my MBB VI TP to Enrich Miles and got myself 3 free return tickets to Melbourne with Enrich Miles 50% Sale ( 1 for my daughter (from Melbourne) and 2 for myself (from KL) - economy class but the airport tax was RM1140 per return ticket!!!) Thanks for the barrage of info. YES, you can redeem Enrich Miles for your family online without needing to transfer the Enrich Miles to them and paying the transfer fee (if not mistaken, RM0.40/Enrich Mile). As for the Starwood, mine was sent to me later. Call MBB Premier CS (number behind card) when you get the card and I can guarantee that you will also love MBB Premier CS service. It's 100 times better than MBB Platinum CS. By the way, I've just collected my VI this afternoon. So, I'm looking forward to a level of CS similar to Amex Platinum. |

QUOTE(guy3288 @ Dec 15 2012, 11:38 PM) I always waited for the luggage, leave it there uncollected or waiting for them to be transferred to ?MAs counter, My concern too. I once saw someone else pick up my luggage and started leaving.wouldn't that be risky of not finding the luggage later on?? Taken by mistake by someone else or misplaced- is it safe to leave them running round and round on the carousel belt while you enjoy drinking coffee at the PPL? |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jan 18 2013, 12:50 PM) I made an inquiry to Citibank whether there is any future plan to allow Premier Miles gain access to PPL at LCCT again, and below is the excerpt: Interesting. QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jan 18 2013, 02:14 PM) @Human NatureThis is very strange indeed. I received a very clear notice in my September 2012 card account statement on the withdrawal of the lounge access benefit for PPL LCCT. And now they are saying it was not withdrawn? I wonder what's going on? @@ And I haven't renewed my Citi PM Priority Pass because mine's only expiring in August 2013. I'm also wondering whether it will be renewed without paying the card annual fee. This post has been edited by Explorer II: Jan 18 2013, 05:12 PM |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jan 18 2013, 05:24 PM) Do share here if you are able to get your PP renewed. This is the sole reason i am keeping my PM too. I guess the CS info is not up to date. Do update here on the CS reply. Thank you. I got a feeling this is a wrong information by the CS again. I am now waiting for their next reply, my question is specifically on LCCT this time. My PM and PP, both are expiring in Aug too. Tricky, I want to use the PP in Sept, but if they are not renewing it, I will finish up the 2x quota in March. Hoping to hear some good news from MGM. |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jan 20 2013, 12:15 PM) I was wondering whether Citi will reinstate the lounge access benefit upon moving to klia2. Not sure whether my info is up to date, but I've read earlier that the klia2 PPL will be located at the international departure hall (airside), which means domestic passengers will not have access to the lounge. |
