after troubleshooting for some time, i hav a clue on the door plastic sound when going thru bump. the sound disappear if i wind down the window a little bit. seems like it is the ruuber outside the window making sound when window fully close n touching the rubber... haven try any thing yet...

It's because when u wind down the window there is less tension on the window frame/B pillar. The sound comes from the rubber ON the car body. U can try applying some leather conditioner, or simply just wet the rubber. Close the door then start driving again. The noise will be completely gone. At first I thought it was the window rubber as well, but after sending my car to CoSE for a few times n the noise stillcame back, I decided to experiment n applied rubber conditioner on the rubber. The sound was immediately gone.

Oic. Thanks. Not too sure where is the rubber that making sound though. Can you help to show picture if ok so i can try to apply the leather/rubber conditioner

can the viper restore conditionaer on the market serve the purpose ?

is it need to open up the door inside plastic to apply? just now i apply it externally around the rubber near window still got sound le..

It's at the car body. The piece of rubber nearest to the roof, between ur door n the car body. The outermost rubber. Nothing to do with ur window. Don't need to open up ur door panel.
